Job Summary:
The Sales Professional is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, community partners, and potential clients.
Sales Professional responsibilities include:
- Work with FirstLight's leadership team to build relationships in the Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven and Dunwoody Communities.
- Partner closely with Care Coordinators, Caregivers, Operations Leadership.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and continuity of care for new clients.
- Communicate client needs, expectations, and service details clearly to internal teams.
- Support coordination efforts to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct in-person visits with referral partners, prospective clients and community organizations.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with: Hospitals, Rehab facilities, Assisted living Communities, Physicians, Case Managers, Senior centers and community organizations.
- Represent company at local trade shows, health fairs and industry events.
- Track weekly outreach activity and referral development.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth goals.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on market trends and opportunities.
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness.
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives.
Preferred Experience, but not required:
- Background in sales, business development, marketing, networking or community relations.
- Experience with the Senior Care community such as hospital, social work, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, nursing home, home care, home health care is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM Systems and Microsoft/Google tools.
